Spherical Roller Bearing

Double row spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers with a common spherical raceway in the outer ring. Because of their design, spherical roller bearings are self-aligning.

Spherical bearings are intended for accommodation of heavy radial load, but they can simultaneously accommodate axial load that acts in both directions and doesn’t exceed 25% of unused permissible radial load. They are available with either cylindrical or tapered bores to suit your application requirements.

Taper Roller Bearing

Bearing performance remains when inner ring misalignment relatively to the axle of outer ring is less than two degrees. They fix shaft in axial direction in both sides within axial clearances.

CA type spherical roller bearings

CA design spherical roller bearings(skf structure) have a machined double prong­type brass cage, an inner ring with a retaining flange / rib on both sides and a floating guide ring centred on the inner ring.
   CA design spherical roller bearings(Chinese structure) have a machined double prong­type brass cage with a rib in inner diameter, an inner ring with a retaining flange on both sides, without floating guide ring.

CC type spherical roller bearings

CC design spherical roller bearings have two stamped window­type steel cages, an inner ring without flanges and a floating guide ring centred on the inner ring. The CC design is indicated by the designation suffix C or CC. Large CC

MB type spherical roller bearings

MB design spherical roller bearings have two machined brass cages, an inner ring with with a retaining flange / rib on both sides and a guide rib in center, centred on the inner ring.

MA type spherical roller bearings

MA design spherical roller bearings have two machined brass cages, an inner ring with with a retaining flange / rib on both sides and a guide rib in center, centred on the outer ring.

Tolerance

All double row spherical roller bearings are produced within ABEC 1 or P0 tolerance class. Standard ISO 199 and ISO 492 specify these tolerances. Bearings that require a higher tolerance class may be produced upon request.

Application

Spherical bearings can compensate misalignment without reducing the life, and withstand heavy duty operation. Spherical bearings are often used in industrial equipment (pumps, crushers etc).
